ABOUT Lavnicoop

Lavnicoop is a cooperative focused on piloting forest plantations and developing derived products in the North-East region of Haiti. The project is set to cover an area of over 150 hectares, spanning across the municipalities of Carice, Mont-Organisé, Vallières, and Mombin-Crochu in the humid mountains sub-region of north-east of Haiti.

2023 - Launch of the LAVNI token, allowing cooperative members to have a digital representation of their ownership stake..

LAVNICOOP issues tokens to raise funds for forest plantations and derivative products exploration. The tokens, limited to one billion with an estimated value of 10 million CAD, represent shares of ownership in LAVNICOOP and are easily exchangeable on crypto platforms. The collected funds are allocated exclusively to the aforementioned activities. Each token is worth one cent and can be exchanged person-to-person or via a decentralized exchange.
